London Coffee Festival 2025 – A Wrap-Up of Innovation, Energy & Community

May 28, 2025 | Events

Just over a week has passed since the London Coffee Festival 2025, and we’re still riding the high from what was one of the most exciting industry events of the year. From setup chaos to final pack-down, the energy inside the Truman Brewery was nothing short of electric.

For us, LCF is more than just an event This year’s festival was more than a showcase—it was a celebration of coffee culture, innovation, and community. It’s a vital connection point. The early industry days are always a highlight, offering invaluable opportunities to network with fellow industry professionals, be it roasters, equipment suppliers, or cafe owners from across the UK and beyond. We had some truly productive conversations, sparked new partnerships, nurtured some old ones, and caught up with familiar faces from across the industry. It’s fascinating to see the innovation bubbling up, and exciting to contribute to that with some of our new toys.

The now more Familiar NG·C from Conti was still driving intrigue with its striking looks but it was the all new NG·X that really pulled in the crowds. The NG·X comes with all sorts of innovative features and proved to be a real head turner with is curvaceous exterior, but it was ‘under the hood’ that was the main attraction, especially with the many technicians passing by.

Then came the public days, and wow, did London turn out! Our stand was a hive of activity from open to close, which is all down to the enthusiasm and passion delivered by some of our partners, who took over the stand for the day. It’s always so rewarding to see our customers in their element, delivering world class service and imparting their wealth of knowledge. Using the Conti Ace, Compak F8 grinder, and Cinoart PT2 queues were never a problem, workflow and quality never falter. is easy when you have the right tools, but you need to be backed up by skill and passion.

Of course, it wasn’t all smooth sailing – there were the inevitable stand build dilemmas, stand floods, and sheer exhaustion that comes with being on your feet and talking non-stop for four days! But honestly, those are just part of the charm. The positive interactions, the new connections made, and the sheer joy of sharing our passion for machinery and a beer with friends, far outweigh any challenges. A notable mention must go to the polarising Fried Egg flavoured crisps we decided to put out, along with the magenta Compak socks which were lapped up by all who laid eyes on them.

As always, we loved being able to share new and exciting equipment, but the main reason this event still manages to hit the mark year after year, is the people. A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by. The London Coffee Festival truly is a unique celebration of everything we love about the industry, and we’re already looking forward to bringing even more exciting things to next year’s event.
